The trucking company involved in the Humboldt Bus Crash is now facing eight charges of his own following the ongoing investigation into the terrible tragedy.

Sukhmander Singh of Adesh Deol Trucking has been charged with non-compliance with federal and provincial safety regulations including failing to maintain driver log books and having more than one logbook at a time. The driver, Jaskirat Sidhu, is facing 29 charges including 16 counts of dangerous driving causing death.

The terrible crash this spring made international headlines when a bus carrying the Humboldt Broncos hockey team collided with the semi that was in the middle of an intersection.
