If you have romaine lettuce in your fridge...you may have to throw it out.

Canadian Health Officials are reporting the possibility of contaminated romaine lettuce being shipped from Salinas, California.

Whether its precut or a whole head of lettuce, if it's from Salinas; you're being asked to toss it out due to a food poisoning outbreak.

Last month in Manitoba, one person became sick after eating the lettuce and showed symptoms similar to E. Coli.

This is the fourth E.Coli outbreak connected to romaine lettuce within the last 2 years.
