First he was retiring, then he was forced to resign from the Saskatchewan Party Caucus and now the ever growing saga of Bill Boyd has resulted in charges being laid under the Environmental Management and Protection Act.

Specifics of what happened have not been released but what has been explained is that Boyd has been charged with three counts under the Environmental Management and Protection Act and one count under the Wildlife Habitat Protection Act.

Information released with the charges simply says that the charges stem from the alteration of shoreline, wildlife habitat and ecological lands near Eston, Saskatchewan. He is set appear in court in Kindersley on October 10th.
