Be careful if you're heading out Sunday night or Monday morning.

The forecast shows some extreme cold coming our way in the next 24 hours.

With temperatures approaching a low of minus 30 Sunday night, sitting at minus 28,  the windchill holds far worse. The forecast shows the wind chill at minus 41 overnight and into the morning Sunday and Monday.

There's no alert out from Environment Canada, but best err on the side of caution. 

Environment Canada also warns of frostbite in minutes, so make sure to bundle up or stay inside, or else the wind will cut right through you.
