Grab another cup of coffee or tea and don't forget about the long underwear, it's cold out there and will be for likely another week.

Forecasters are watching another ridge of arctic air that's moving into the province Wednesday.  We're being told that the current extreme cold warning could be lifted this afternoon, only to be re-issued tonight.  We'll likely see a wind chill factor range from -30 to -44 at times for the next week or so.

Right now, everything south of Prince Albert is under the warning with the exception of the Cypress Hills Area.  Officials are reminding us that this type of weather can be extremely dangerous if you don't plan ahead.  Don't leave town without a full tank of gas and a fully charged cell phone.  Wear layers and keep an emergency kit in your vehicle.

Even inside the city, take precautions by limiting your time outside because skin can freeze in a matter of minutes if not covered.
