Another person has been charged in the Claude Landry case.

Just last week RCMP reached out to the public in finding a man from Kincaid, Saskatchewan by the name of Claude Landry. Shortly after, officers deemed his disappearance suspicious.

74-Robert Arams from Gravelbourg was charged with 1st degree murder and offering an indignity to a body. He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Monday and appeared by video in Moose Jaw Provincial Court Tuesday morning. The Judge adjourned the case to August 7th where he will once again appear by video and he remains in custody at this time.

Officials have also laid a charge against 42-year-old David Earl Prentice of Lafleche for offering an indignity to a body. He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Tuesday, with the Crown opposing his release.

The investigation is ongoing and the location of Landry's body remains unknown.
