After begging for rain, there's plenty of it to spare across southern Saskatchewan as over 60mm of rain has fallen on Moose Jaw since Monday morning with Regina reporting over 75mm.  Both cities are dealing with some localized flooding as a result and there's another 40mm of rain in the forecast.

Along with the rain, damaging wind has been added as a wind warning is calling for sustained winds of 70km per hour with gusts hitting 90.

Meanwhile the clean up in the southeast will be slowed by continued rain.  High winds and heavy rain hit the area and developed into funnel clouds Monday evening.  Just across the border into Manitoba, there were at least two tornadoes reported to have ripped up farm yards and even asphalt right off the highways.
