37 of the new cases are in the south-central zone, Saskatoon has 342, Regina has 227, the southeast has 129, central-east has 99, the northwest has 62, north-central has 43, the northeast has 29, southwest has 28, central-west has 23, the far northwest has 22, far northeast has 13, the far north-central has 2, and there are 138 cases with pending residence information.

12,448 cases are considered active in the province. There are 2,245 active cases of the Omicron variant.

315 people are in hospitals, 282 residents are inpatient; of those, 121 inpatient hospitalizations are COVID-19-related illnesses, 127 are incidental COVID-19 infections, and 34 have not yet been determined. 30 residents are in ICUs; of those, 25 are for COVID-19-related illnesses, 4 are for incidental COVID-19 infections, and 1 is undetermined. 3 residents are in PICU/NICU; all three are for COVID-19-related illnesses.

The 7-day average of new COVID-19 case numbers was 1,248.
