15 Wing members will be some of many participating in the official opening of the Fall sitting at the Legislature on Wednesday.

The third session will begin in the afternoon with the Speech from the Throne delivered by Lieutenant Governor Thomas Molloy in the 28th legislature.

The public and dignitaries will kick things off outside where a greeting between Malloy and Premiere Scott Moe will take place, with the official proceedings to follow - one of which will feature the flight crew, happening just moments after the outdoor portion of events begins at around 1:25 pm.

"The CT-155 Hawk formation will fly over the event at an altitude no lower than 500 feet above the highest point of their route, before resuming a higher flying altitude for the remainder of their flight," 15 Wing Officials stated in a written release. "15 Wing Moose Jaw, Sask. is honored to take part in this important event for the residents of Saskatchewan."

This has been an annual event to signify the opening of each year at the Legislature since 1906.
