Saturday's start was a flip of what happened in Friday's game for the Rush as they struck for the opening goal, but then gave up four straight to the Swarm, who took a 6-3 lead at halftime.

Georgia extended that lead to 10-4 after the third quarter. The Rush scored six in the fourth, but the Swarm had an answer at every turn to take the six-goal win in a rematch of last year’s Champion’s Cup Final.

Matthews had two goals and four points, while Church picked up a goal and four points to lead the way for the Rush. Shattler opened the scoring for Saskatchewan and finished with two goals in the loss.

The Rush and Swarm have split their season series at 1-1 with the road team winning each game after meeting in last year's final.

Saturday's game saw the Rush feature the names of the Humboldt Broncos' players, along with "Prayers for Humboldt" and "#SaskStrong" around the boards during the game.
