The Prince Albert Raiders are off to the Eastern Conference Final after dispatching of the Saskatoon Blades in six games.

The Raiders doubled up the Blades, 6-3, in Game 6 on Sunday night in the Bridge City to finish off the series.

Dante Hannoun -- one of Prince Albert's trade deadline acquisitions -- had a hat trick in Sunday's win, while Parker Kelly, Sean Montgomery and Aliaksei Protas also scored.

The Raiders will now face the Edmonton Oil Kings in the Eastern Conference Final. Edmonton is well rested after sweeping the Calgary Hitmen last Wednesday.

The Western Conference Final will feature the Spokane Chiefs against the Vancouver Giants. Spokane took out Everett in five games, while Vancouver advanced past Victoria in a four-game sweep.

Both conference finals start on Friday.
