The Moose Jaw Peewee Mustangs continued to dominate the South Saskatchewan Lacrosse League on Monday night. Colton Ebbett had two goals and three points to lead the Mustangs to an 8-1 win over the Weyburn Thrashers 2 at the Kinsmen Arena.

Moose Jaw had seven different goal scorers in the win with Josh Johnson, Chase McKee, Mykenzie Shymko, Aaron Barnett and Cashton Seaborg all finding the back of the net.  Johnson also added three assists and Seaborg picked up a pair of helpers in the win.

The Mustangs led 2-0 after the first period and extended their advantage to 5-0 after two.

Moose Jaw sits at 8-1-1 on the year in the SSLL with just two games remaining in the regular season. The Mustangs will be back on the court on Thursday when they travel to Swift Current to face the Rampage Green.

In other action on Monday night, the Moose Jaw Midget Mustangs battled the Regina Rush to a 2-2 tie at the Kinsmen Arena. Atley Calvert and Kayde Shymko scored in the draw for the Mustangs, who are now 5-2-1. They return to action on Wednesday when they head to Swift Current to meet up with the Rampage at 8 p.m.
