The Moose Jaw Minor AAA All-Stars didn't pick up a win, but gained a lot of experience last weekend during their trip to the 2018 Little League Prairie Championship.

Moose Jaw went 0-3-1 overall in Calgary over their three days at the championship.

In their opening game, Moose Jaw lost 10-2 to Bow Ridge. They got the offence going in their second game, battling Lethbridge to a 17-17 tie.

Moose Jaw gave Calgary West everything that they could handle in their next game, falling 17-16.

The last round robin game for Moose Jaw saw them fall to Fish Creek.

The Minor AAA All-Stars were one of the youngest teams at the Prairie Championship with three eight-year-olds, four nine-year-olds and three ten-year-olds.
