The top athletes in Moose Jaw high school sports in January were honoured recently by the Moose Jaw High School Athletic Association.

Basketball player Logan Findlay picked up the honour for the Peacock Toilers.

Wrestlers took home the award for Central with Shaad Salido and Alexis Bradish earning January’s award.

Vanier wrestler Ryann Handley also picked up the award for her school.

Briercrest Christian Academy recognized basketball players Melissa Ellis and Ryan Young.

Kaleb Mercer, a volleyball and basketball player at Cornerstone Christian School, was named Athlete of the Month.

Also, Riverview presented Natalie Moggey the honour for her play on the hardwood last month.
