The Moose Jaw Generals couldn't find their way back into the win column during two games over the weekend in Tisdale.

The Generals lost 4-3 to the Trojans on Friday and then dropped a 5-2 game on Saturday to extend their losing skid to 11 games.

On Friday, Moose Jaw fell behind 3-0 to Tisdale, but they scored three times to get the game within one goal. The Generals couldn't put in the equalizer during the third period and settled for the one-goal loss.

Ben Wourms-Rowe, Cody Davis and Brendan Kemp scored the three goals for the Generals in the loss, while goalie Reece Hodson made 47 saves as Moose Jaw was outshot, 51-33.

Moose Jaw Warriors prospect Cade Hayes had a goal and two points in the win for Tisdale.

On Saturday, the Generals jumped out to a 1-0 lead after one on a goal from Jaxon Georget. 

Tisdale was able to take control with a pair of goals in the second period and then they moved in front 4-1 with two more goals in the third. 

Casey McDonald scored a power-play goal for the Generals with 4:44 left in regulation to cut the lead down to two, but Hayes sealed the win for Tisdale with his tenth of the season with just 2:40 to play.

Hayes had a goal and four points in the win for Tisdale, while McDonald led the Generals with a goal and two points.

Generals goalie Jaxson Taupert stopped 32-of-37 shots in the loss.

Moose Jaw is off now until next Sunday when they host the Battlefords Stars at Mosaic Place. Puck drops at 1:30 p.m.
