The Central Cyclones senior girls basketball team seemed unable to miss a shot from outside as they drop the Briercrest Cougars 86-57 on Tuesday night.

"It's probably the best night we've had for shooting," said coach Tianna Adams. "We had alot of open looks which was really nice. And that just came from moving the ball."

Grade 10 Guard Nylah Seaborn led the Cyclones attack, hitting eight 3-pointers in the game. "I think we played really good. We've been practicing hard lately," said the sharp shooting Seaborn. "So it was nice to see us compete in this game alot more than we have in the past."

Nylah would go on to credit her dad for her smooth jump shot. "He's the basketball coach for the senior boys. So we practice alot on the net that we have in our backyard."

The Cyclones will now get ready for their annual "Pink Game" in support of breast cancer research. Game time is 8pm on Thursday.
