With Central and Vanier hosting the 4A Boys High School Provincial Volleyball Championship over the weekend, it was the Central Cyclones that took the bronze medal.

Central finished second in the 'A' Pool with a record of 3-1 after the round robin, while Vanier also finished with a 3-1 record to finish second in the 'B' Pool. Peacock had a 1-3 record in the 'B' Pool to finish fourth in teh standing heading into the playoffs.

Peacock would be downed by Meadow Lake 25-10, 25-14 in the first round, while Vanier defeated Saskatoon E.D. Feehan 25-20, 25-15. Vanier would then drop a 22-25, 25-22, 15-11 decision to Meadow Lake.

Central defeated Melfort 25-23, 25-13 in the first round of the playoffs, but were bounced out of the championship bracket with a 25-19, 25-22 loss to the eventual gold medal winners, North Battleford John Paul II.

The two host teams would play for third place, with Central defeating Vanier 26-24, 26-24 for the bronze medal.
