A busy weekend for the Moose Jaw Atom A Red Warriors that saw the team played in 1 league game and 3 tournament – winning them all.

The stretch kicked off with a 7-2 regular season win in Hockey Regina against the Atom A Blues at Red Knight Arena on Friday.

The team then traveled to Aberdeen for a tournament, winning their first game 7-0 against the Prince Albert Atom A Vipers. Austin Smith had a hat trick in that game.

Game 2 saw the Warriors Red sneak past the Saskatoon Wild Fire 5-4 after a hat trick from Carter Hudyma.

And finally capping off the tournament was a match up against the Saskatoon Bobcat Heat. Suliman Suliman kicked off the scoring, and Carter Hudyma had 2 goals for the Warriors, leading them to a 6-2 win, finishing the tournament undefeated.

Net-minder Benjamin Barth was in-between the pipes for the Warriors Red for 3 of the four games, and goaltender Hayden Nidesh picked up the win in game 2 against the Wild Fire.

And it was an exhausting weekend for the volunteers at the Moose Jaw AtoMc Tournament, that saw over 400 kids take place.

The Shaunovan Badgers left the weekend with the Atom C Champions after a 4-2 over Swift Current Rangers.

And the Outlook Ice Hawks walked away as the Atom B Champions following an 8-4 win over La Fleche Flyers.
