ARLENE MILLAR

October 15^th, 1945 – February 9^th, 2018

Arlene Joyce Millar passed away peacefully at the Dr. F.H. Wigmore Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK, on Friday, February 9^th, 2018 at the age of 72 years. Arlene was the eldest child of Elvin and Elvina Bacon of the Darmody area. Arlene was predeceased by her mother and father, Elvin and Elvina Bacon and son, Darcy Millar. Arlene will be sadly missed by her husband of 54 years, Clem; daughter, Anita (Allen) Knudsen; daughter-in-law, Mikki Millar; seven grandchildren: Verik Siminton, Wyatt Siminton, Dalton Millar, Ivy Millar, Taylor Dingwall, Holly Knudsen and Ashley Knudsen; sister, Patsy (Frank) Slabosz; sister-in-law, Wanda (Paul) Ziobrowski; brother-in-law, Hugh (Candace) Millar; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at South Okanagan General Hospital in Oliver, BC and the staff at Dr. F.H. Wigmore Hospital in Moose Jaw for their care and kindness to Arlene and her family. A Celebration of Arlene’s Life will be held on Monday, April 16^th, 2018 @ 1:30 p.m. in the Chaplin Community Hall. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Arlene’s name may be made to STARS Air Ambulance, 2640 Airport Road Regina, SK S4W 1A3 or to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre c/o Pasqua Hospital, 4101 Dewdney Ave, Regina, SK S4T 7T1.
