It reminds me of an old saying;  "You can't win for losing."

The City of Moose Jaw is finishing off an unprecedented year of infrastructure renewal.  It causes delays and detours but we, as a city, are addressing some problems.

So, as construction on a stretch of 9th Avenue NW commenced yesterday, THAT guy came out of the woodwork.  He's on social media, writing:  "Just wanted to take a moment to congratulate the City of Moose Jaw...for their obvious planning...and community awareness.  Cheers to you for closing most of 9th Ave NW for paving during the first week of back to school...yet another surprisingly unexpected event."

Well, that guy was the target of ridicule in subsequent posts.

Aaron wrote, "Whiners are gong to whine."

Scott said, "...detour on side streets...problem solved."

And Charles writes, "It takes 15 minutes to get anywhere in Moose Jaw...with the detours, it now takes 16 minutes."

I like Charles.
