He has been hearing from old friends and teammates he hasn't heard from in a long time and he's overwhelmed by the support.  Dr. Scott Thomas, Moose Jaw Warriors Hall of Famer, took some time to talk to us about the tragic bus crash that took 15 lives on the weekend, including his 18 year old boy, Evan, who was in his rookie season with the Humboldt Broncos.

CHAB's Rob Carnie talked to Dr. Thomas on a recent edition of The Heartland at Noon.

This is a photo of Scott Thomas and his late son, Evan.  Evan's mom, Laurie, posted this photo on Facebook the day after Evan and 14 others died when the Humboldt Broncos' bus collided with a semi trailer unit en route to Nipawin for an SJHL playoff game.
