As the local Journey to Hope organization gets geared up for their annual Journey to Hope walk on September 23rd, we welcomed former Moose Javian Paula Stromberg back to our city.  Stromberg was invited to share her experience with suicide with her presentation of her documentary "Missing My Brother Ted".

As you'll hear, Paula and Ted didn't have much fun growing up in Moose Jaw.  Their father was abusive.  They both found ways to escape.  Paula ran away with one of her high school teachers.  Ted took his own life.

Paula talked to CHAB's Rob Carnie about the documentary on The Heartland at Noon.  Please, keep in mind, the documentary was shown on September 7th and is not yet available on-line.  However, you can learn more about Paula and the wonderful work she does right HERE
