Evan Godfrey is a film maker who is putting small town Saskatchewan back in the spotlight with a web series called "Climax, SK".

The story is about a aging super spy who in an attempt to elude his enemies takes refuge in the small town of Climax, Saskatchewan.  The problem is, and the comedy comes from, the expectations of a globe-trotting man of espionage running in stark contrast to everyday life in small town Saskatchewan.

Godrey said the location is one of the keys to making the show compelling.

"It's the classic idea of taking a character and putting them in a fish out of water location where you wouldn't expect to see them"

That concept is played out perfectly in one of the scenes from episode one of "Climax SK".

"One of the things that someone like James Bond gets accustomed to in their career is enjoying the finer things in life like champagne and caviar.  So there is a scene in the first episode where he (the spy) goes to the small town grocery store and is asking for caviar and all sorts of exotic foods.  He's very surprised and annoyed that you can't buy it at a grocery store in Climax, Saskatchewan"

The first episode of "Climax SK" is available for viewing between February 5th and 9th at www.storyhive.com.  If the pilot gets enough votes, future funding could me made available to shoot more episodes and continue the story.
