Riders are expected to announce their new General Manage by the end of the week but has the potential employee let the cat out of the bag?

The rumor mills are grinding in Riderville today as former Ottawa Renegade’s General Manager Eric Tillman boarded a plan for Regina Tuesday afternoon and told reporters about a meeting with the Green and White to take place either that evening or Wednesday.

The Roughriders are looking for a new GM after firing Roy Shivers Monday. Oddly enough, Tillman was offered the job in 1999 when Shivers was originally hired but turned down the position for personal reasons.

Tillman is a well know figure in the CFL as he claimed two Grey Cups, one with BC in 1994 and one with Toronto in 1997.
