It may be time to head to the pumps, as five Moose Jaw service stations have lowered their price for gasoline down to 199.9 cents per litre, according to GasBuddy.

The remaining stations in the city are still listing their price at 206.9, as of the time of publishing, which has been the new normal since the beginning of June.

The current price of 206.9 broke a record for the highest price per litre ever seen in the city dating back to 2008.

As of Wednesday, the average price of gasoline in Moose Jaw is 206.9, while the provincial average is slightly lower at 199.6 cents per litre.

Bonnyville, Alta., still remains the cheapest place in Canada to get gas on Wednesday afternoon at a price of 170.9, while Squamish, B.C., has the most expensive gas in the country at 224.9 cents per litre.
