The Moose Jaw Warriors may be off until Friday, but two of their players will get in some game time this week. On Wednesday night, forward Brayden Yager and goaltender Jackson Unger will take part in the CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game in Langley, BC.

Yager comes into Wednesday's event ranked fifth among North American skaters in the NHL mid-term rankings, while Ungar is ranked 17th among North American goalies. Both players will represent Team White in the event. The game will air on TSN at 9:00 p.m. CST.

Moose Jaw will be back on the ice on Friday, as they host the Brandon Wheat Kings and then the Medicine Hat Tigers on Saturday.

The Moose Jaw WINMAR AAA Warriors are in on Wednesday after a week off. They will welcome the Swift Current Legionnaires to the Moose Jaw Events Centre at 7:00 p.m.

Last weekend, the Moose Jaw U11 A Warriors were able to raise over $1,200 in support of their Hockey Fights Cancer Game against the Prairie Storm Lightning.

In the NHL on Monday, the Maple Leafs took down the New York Islanders 5-2, and the Flames pulled out the 4-3 overtime win at home against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
