There's only one day separating the Moose Jaw Warriors and the start of what they hope to be a deep playoff run. They kick off the 2023 Western Hockey League Playoffs tomorrow night at the Hangar against the Lethbridge Hurricanes. Moose Jaw was able to finish the season with a 41-24-0-3 record and went 3-1 against these Hurricanes.

Games 1&2 will go Friday and Saturday in Moose Jaw and then will switch to Lethbridge for Games 3&4 on Tuesday and Wednesday. If you can't make the game catch the action on Country 100.

The Moose Jaw U13 A Carpet One Mavericks #2 came up just short on Wednesday in the Saskatchewan Female Hockey League finals, losing 2-1 to the Parkland Fire, in Game 2 of their best-of-three series. Mannie Bushko got the lone goal for the Mavericks in the loss. 

A big congratulations to the U11 atoMc Jets, who have crowned this year's U11 C champions on Tuesday. 

Tommy Vincent and Ava Nichols of Central Collegiate will represent their school and city at the Basketball Sask Senior Classic this weekend in Saskatoon.
