It's not that bad but it's a good reminder to get vehicles ready for the harsh winter months. Moose Jaw was hit with a touch of snow Sunday night and Monday morning after taking in some rain Sunday afternoon.

The new system arrived on the weekend, bringing more cool air and a batch of moisture. While good, in the sense we could certainly use the moisture, it's bad for local producers that still have crops in the field.

This snow is expected to be a regular occurrence for the next few days and there is also the chance of some freezing rain. Slow down a bit and leave a little extra room between vehicles as we get used to the new season.
