A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for most of southern Saskatchewan.

Conditions favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms with the intense heat and some humidity.

Weather radar shows some heavy thunderstorm activity in the Swift Current region and, a line of thunderstorms from Regina south.....through Assiniboia and area.
