Moose Jaw Police responded to 27 calls for service.  

8:35 am – Erratic Driving – A road rage situation was reported. Both subjects were warned of their actions. 

9:12 am – Dispute – A family dispute was mediated. 

9:54 am – Fraud – Credit cards were obtained and used under a false name. This is still under investigation. 

11:33 am – Vehicle Seizure – The driver was deemed suspended and impoundable by SGI. The vehicle was seized for 30 days. 

11:40 am – Motor Vehicle Accident – This was found to be non-reportable.  The public should be aware that the criteria for reporting a Motor Vehicle Collision to Police are any one of the following, if none of the following apply you may file a claim directly with your insurance company: 

-          Injury to any occupant 

-          Tow required for any vehicle 

-          Hit & run 

-          Impaired Driver 

-          Out of province plates on any vehicle 

  

3:11 pm – Break and Enter – A residential garage was entered sometime overnight. This is still under investigation to obtain video footage. 

6:47 pm – Pandemic Non-compliance – A large gathering was reported.  Police attended the area. The report was unfounded. 

8:12 pm – Parking Bylaw – A vehicle parked too close to driveway entrance was hit while backing out. Police assisted with name exchange for insurance purposes. A ticket was issued for parking too close to the driveway. 

2:13 am – Suspicious Person – A subject was seen checking vehicle door handles. The subject was located, charged, and arrested for outstanding warrants. 

5:09 am – Break and Enter – This was unfounded. The family cat was sneaking about. 

Police responded to six 911 calls. 
Police executed three warrants. 
Police assisted other agencies in three cases.
