Moose Jaw Police responded to 43 calls for service.

7:57 am – Dispute – A complainant was having a dispute with a subject. The subject left the residence and was given an appearance notice for breach.

8:25 am – Driving Erratic – Road rage involving two vehicles occurred. One of the occupants threw a can out the window at the other vehicle. Both registered owners were warned.

8:36 am – Hit and Run – On April 10th the complainant noticed damage to the rear side of their vehicle, which was approximately $700 in damage.

9:14 am – Harassing Calls – A complainant was receiving nuisance phone calls. The subject was spoken to by police.

11:12 am – Suspicious Person – A subject was slouched over in the ditch. Police attended and were advised they were just having some muscle spasms and were taking a rest.

11:38 am – Parking Bylaw – A trailer was parked in the same spot for a week. The registered owner was contacted and will move the trailer.

1:29 pm – Theft of Auto – An enclosed utility trailer with tools was taken sometime overnight. Police continue to investigate.

3:03 pm – MVA – Two vehicles were involved. There were no injuries and one tow was required. Approximately $10,000 in damage was done.

4:38 pm – Towed Vehicle – An unregistered vehicle was parked on the street all winter. The owner has refused to move it.

5:16 pm – Suspicious Person – A complainant was concerned about messages being received by the subject and was advised to block the subject.

6:24 pm – Driving Impaired – A subject in a local business was drinking and then was seen leaving with kids inside the vehicle. The vehicle was gone on police arrival. This is still under investigation for police to speak with the registered owner.

8:33 pm – Threats – A complainant was receiving threatening texts from the subject. This was mediated by police.

8:47 pm – Suspicious Vehicle – Two parked vehicles appeared suspicious. The vehicles were located and the subjects were just hanging out. The subjects were sent on their way.

9:33 pm – Erratic Driving – A car full of people were swerving in the streets and sticking heads out of the window. This is still under investigation for police to speak with the registered owner about their driving actions.

9:51 pm – Theft Under – The subject was caught putting unpaid merchandise in their jacket and was charged with theft.

9:51 pm – Suspicious Person – Subjects were yelling in the streets making threats. The individual was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

11:18 pm – Loud Party – The homeowner was warned under the noise bylaw.

2:13 am – Vehicle Seizure – A vehicle was seized for 30 days as the driver of the vehicle was driving with a suspended license.

2:59 am – Vehicle Seizure – A vehicle was seized for 30 days as the driver of the vehicle was driving with a suspended license.

Police responded to five 911 calls.
PACT responded on four occasions.
Police responded to one city after hours call.
Police executed one warrant.
