Murder Charges Laid In Mossbank Stabbing

Isabelle Brown, 51, has been charged with two counts of attempted murder in connection with two stabbing  incidents in Mossbank Thursday evening.

Brown appeared in Moose Jaw Provincial Court yesterday in relation to the charges. She will be back in court on August 2nd following a court ordered psychiatric assessment.

At about nine 9 o'clock Thursday evening, the RCMP received a call from a 58-year-old man who said he had been attacked.

When they arrived at the scene the RCMP found a man suffering from what appeared to be stab wounds.

While the RCMP looked after him, another incident took place a short distance away. A 68-year-old woman had also been stabbed by a woman that came to her door.

The RCMP then subdued a female suspect.
