As winter makes its return to Moose Jaw and the surrounding area on Monday, Discover Moose Jaw wanted to let you know the current road conditions before heading out this morning. 

As of 11:30 a.m. this morning, Highway 1 east of Moose Jaw to Regina and west to Parkbeg have winter driving conditions present with good visibility with swirling, drifting, blowing snow. On Highway 1 west from Parkbeg to Swift Current conditions worsen with poor visibility, icy and slippery sections, and loose and drifting snow. 

On Highway 39 southeast of Moose Jaw from the Highway 1 junction to Yellow Grass motorists can expect poor visibility, with icy and slippery sections, along with blowing snow. 

Highway 2 north of Moose Jaw is listed as winter driving conditions with good visibility, along with swirling, blowing, and drifting snow. Highway 2 south of the city is another story as there are icy and slippery sections, blowing snow and reduced visibility.
