A freezing rain warning issued by Environment Canada for Moose Jaw and surrounding Rural Municipalities has ended

Environment Canad has been tracking a disturbance in southwestern Saskatchewan that will bring a wintery mix of precipitation, including freezing rain. Freezing rain is now no longer expected for the Moose Jaw area.

Freezing rain warnings are issued when rain falling in sub-zero temperatures creates ice build-up and icy surfaces.
