An Edmonton man is facing several theft and drugs charges after being arrested in Moose Jaw on Wednesday.

Police say they located a stolen vehicle on South Hill and arrested the occupant without incident.

The vehicle was searched and police found 23 grams of Methamphetamine and numerous stolen identity documents.

James Hadwen, 44, of Edmonton has been charged with possession of stolen property over $5,000, possession of Methamphetamine, possession of identity documents, and breach of probation.

The value of the Methamphetamine seized is about $2,500. Hadwen has been released from police custody and will appear in court at a later date.
