Lawyers will debate the conditions Audrey Black will face once released from prison. The Crown is asking for a life time ban from public places with children under 14 years of age.

 

The disturbing case of Audrey Black is back before the courts today in Moose Jaw. The Crown and Defence in the case are arguing what conditions Black will face once released from prison.

Black has pled guilty to several charges involving sexual acts against children, including making child porn with her husband Donald Black, who has been sentenced to eight years in prison.

The Crown is asking for many conditions including a life time ban from areas where children under 14 are likely to be, for example pools or playgrounds.

Audrey Black will be sentenced May 8th with the Crown asking for five years behind bars and the Defence asking for less than four.
