The City of Moose Jaw’s Parks and Recreation Department announced the 2022 Beautification Award winners last week. 

The “Best Residential Property” winners and sponsors are as follows: 

South Hill: Lloyd Pethick, 278 Wellington Dr. ; Sponsored by Cornell Design and Landscaping 

Northwest: Carol McWilliams, 803 Monk Ave. ; Sponsored by Emerald Custom Creations 

East End: Tasha Dobni, 1070 Willow Ave. ; Sponsored by Windmill Greenhouses 

Overall: Brian Penner, 820 10th Ave. N.W. ; Sponsored by The City of Moose Jaw 

The Beautification Awards have been held annually since 1981 to recognize outstanding properties in Moose Jaw while promoting civic pride among residents.
