Saskatchewan Oilseed Producer Meetings are set to take place next week.

Meetings run from 9 til 3 and are set for Monday in Kenosee, Tuesday in Humboldt, Wednesday in North Battleford, Thursday in Rosetown and Friday in Swift Current.

Kaeley Kindrachuk with the Ministry of Agriculture says they’ve partnered with SaskCanola, Sask Flax and Sask Mustard on the meetings:

"We've got each of those groups giving an update to their producers to their groups, as well as an agronomy focus for each of the crops. We've got research updates from AASC, we've got the 2015 Disease and Insect Update from the Ministry of Agriculture, we've got a market outlook and we also got a speaker from MNP coming to speak on how to structure an operation when farming with a family," Kindrachuk said.

Kindrachuk notes with Mustard being grown more in the South West it will only be on the agenda for the Rosetown and Swift Current  Meetings.
