Harvest is virtually complete in the province with 97 per cent of the crop now in the bin.

Mild and relatively dry weather allowed most producers to complete harvest, although other producers will need another week or more to finish.

Saskatchewan Agriculture's weekly Crop Report shows the southeast region is the furthest advanced at 99% complete.

The southwestern, east-central and northeastern regions have 98% combined while the northwest is 97% and the west-central region is  93% complete.

According to the report there's still some flax, canary seed and oats left to be combined.
