Is it a buyer's market or a seller's market, whatever the case producers seem pleased with the prices at this years Agribition Sales.

In the Gelbvieh Sale Buyers from Kansas and North Dakota each took home a heifer calf, half interest in a Bull Calf sold for $20 thousand dollars.   The High selling Heifer calf sold for $12,500 . The High selling bred Heifer went for $5000.

In the Shorthorn Sale, the high selling calf sold for $19,500. The high selling bred heifer sold for $7,250 and the high selling Heifer Calf sold for $8000 to a buyer from Oakville, Ontario.

With over 2000 head of cattle stabled on the grounds producers are sure to find genetics that will fit into their breeding program at home.

The Charolais Sale was strong this week with the High Selling Bull Calf sold for $17,500. The high selling Bred Heifers sold for $20 thousand and 16 thousand,  the High selling heifer calve sold for $13,500 while a bred cow sold for $10,500.

The National Hereford Sale was busy with the high selling bred Heifer sold for $9750 .. while the Tahoe Breeders Group spent $41,250 on a ¼ interest in a semen package.
