Frazee Returns
As the Moose Jaw Warriors practiced Thursday afternoon a familiar face strolled into the Civic Center and watched from the stands.
Forward Thomas Frazee is back in the friendly city after attending Dallas Stars rookie camp, and says it was a great experience.
"It was lot's of fun being able to play against those guys at such a high pace. To wear that NHL jersey with your name on the back was a great experience and I had a lot of fun," said Frazee.
The Warrior overage forward said the pace was a bit different that what he's been used to.
"Everything is so much faster there. The puck moves faster, the guys are stronger, they're a lot bigger and the goalies are really good too. It's not just a normal shot that goes in, you gotta hit a pad, hit a skate, maybe get a bounce," said Frazee.
Frazee along with forwards Spencer Edwards and Antonin Honejsek and defenceman Kendall McFaull have all been returned to the Warriors.
Quinton Howden received one of 12 invites to attend Florida Panthers main camp, and Dylan McIlrath is off to Rangers main camp.
