The story lines have been plotted. The characters have rehearsed their lines. It's time to play it out.

For the first time since 1976, the Saskatchewan Roughriders will host the West Final on Sunday afternoon when Calgary comes to town.

Verbal jabs have been thrown between provinces this week. Stamp's wideout Nik Lewis has been making headlines, telling CFL.ca that “he's going to disappoint a province.”

Rider linebacker Rey Williams is fine with the pre-game chatter.

“That's Nik's game,” said Williams. “Whatever he needs to do to get him to feel he's better than us, you go ahead and do it.”

Better team or not, Calgary has yet to win a game head-to-head with the Riders in 2009.

In the first meeting, Chris Getzlaf hauled in a touchdown pass with seconds remaining to spark the Riders to a 25-24 win.

Next time out, it was the memorable tie, at Mosaic Stadium. Battling through overtime, the team's knotted at 44-44.

Then, just two weeks ago, with first place on the line, Saskatchewan picked up a 30-14 win at home.

With a berth in the Grey Cup now at stake, Rider fans are hoping for more of the same.
