Moose Jaw Police responded to 32 calls for service.

9:33 am – Hit and Run – A hit and run occurred yesterday in a parking lot, with the damage estimated at $1,500. A paint transfer was left behind, and this is still under investigation.

9:48 am – Trespassing – A subject who was previously banned from an establishment was issued a trespassing ticket for returning to the property.

10:29 am – A complainant witnessed a texting and driving incident with plate number obtained. This is still under investigation to speak to the driver and warn them as per the complaint’s wishes.

11:34 am – Fraud – Police are investigating a fraud incident with a loss of $567.

1:01 pm – Parking Bylaw – There was a report of an unattached semi -trailer parked on the street all week. Police contacted the owner, who will move it.

1:26 pm – Theft of Trailer – Taken was a 20 foot Load Trail Tech Trailer bearing Saskatchewan plate 582KUY. A stolen auto form was signed, and the trailer was added to the Canada wide database.

1:51 pm – Theft Under – A computer was stolen and this is still under investigation.

3:04 pm – Breach Probation – The subject is to be charged for breaching a court order.

5:02 pm – The subject was warned to refrain from all contact with another person.

5:36 pm – Assistance to Sick Person – The subject was located and agreed to go the hospital voluntarily. They were left in the care of hospital staff.

7:28 pm – Impaired Driving – There was a report of a possible impaired driver. Police confirmed that the subject was completely sober.

7:29 pm – Assist to Locate – The subject was located and the complainant was advised.

8:18 pm – Assault – There was a dispute between two parties with no injuries. The subject is to provide a statement when sober. This is still under investigation.

9:04 pm – Dispute – There was a verbal dispute between two people. One party left prior to police arrival. The area was searched, and the subject was not located.

10:05 pm – Breach Probation – The subject was arrested for breaching a no alcohol condition. The individual was held in cells until sober and was released for a later court date.

10:01 pm – Dispute – Police spoke to a complainant about the incident. The school and School Resource officer were already involved with the subjects, and the information was to be passed on to them for further follow up.

12:12 am – Assault – This is still under investigation for the subject to provide a statement.

Police executed one warrant.
