Moose Jaw emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle accident at about 2:15 p.m. Thursday afternoon at the intersection of Saskatchewan St. W. and Clifton Ave.

One person was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

The Moose Jaw Police Service says one of the vehicles proceeded off of Clifton when it was unsafe to do so and collided with the second vehicle traveling along Saskatchewan St. W.

The at-fault driver was issued a summary offense ticket (stop sign) for $230.

Police estimate the combined damage to be in the range of $20,000.

The vehicles have been cleared and the intersection has reopened.
