Heritage Week in Saskatchewan runs from February 21st to the 27th.
Every year, Saskatchewan takes a week to recognize our province's rich history through Heritage Week.
Celebrating Heritage Week here in the Friendly City is nothing new for us.
We've basically built an entire tourism industry around it and to celebrate, President of Heritage Moose Jaw Brian Bell says they're doing something a little bit different this year.
"Last year we had so many people turn out that the room that we normally use in the library just couldn't hold that capacity of people so we're going to have it in the theatre. We're going to be focusing on the library as they're celebrating one-hundred years in existence here in Moose Jaw and Bernice Crosby, Leith Knight, and myself will all be doing pressentations."
It all starts at 7:30 Tuesday night and is free to attend.
