Tickets are going fast for this year’s Country Thunder festival.

A matter of fact, tickets are going so fast that Country Thunder announced this week that general admission tickets have sold out.

And with a headliner like Luke Combs, Country Thunder Digital Manager Megan Benoit said they aren’t surprised that tickets are moving fast.

“People love to see him. He was supposed to come during the COVID year, so we knew people would want to see him and then just to top it off, with Nickelback and Dallas Smith and a really great well-rounded lineup, we knew that this year was something special. Clearly, the fans agreed because, yeah, it’s been a very long time since we’ve seen ticket move this quickly,” said Benoit.

Not all hope is lost if you are planning to attend Country Thunder. Along with general admission tickets, new ticket packages were announced this year to customize the festival experience.

Tickets are still available at the Gold Standing level. Because general admission tickets sold out so quickly, Country Thunder has changed the rules to allow lawn chairs in the Gold Standing area.

Other ticket packages still available include the Gold Circle which will put you in front of the stage and the Platinum Standing Pit for the VIP experience.

“Those are going to start falling really fast too. We don’t want people to miss out if we do announce a full festival sellout,” Benoit said.

For those looking for accommodations, there are still camping sites available. However, Benoit recommended booking your site right away.

“Obviously with tickets selling so fast, camping is going as well. So, I definitely recommend that as an option for accommodation. Stay right on site. We’ve got some really great areas still available and then that saves you the drive going to Regina or Moose Jaw or wherever you’re coming from,” she said.

Country Thunder takes place July 11 to 14 in Craven. Other artists slated for the festival include Josh Ross, Gary Allan, Jackson Dean, Tenille Arts, Lonestar, Shenandoah, Phil Vassar, Meghan Patrick, Jake Worthington and Lydia Sutherland.
